Therapeutic Botox offers effective, non-surgical relief for a range of medical conditions, including chronic migraines, TMJ disorders, muscle spasms, and excessive sweating. By targeting overactive muscles and nerves, Botox helps reduce pain and restore function—improving your quality of life with minimal downtime. The advantage of skin dynamics for migraine botox is that you’ll not only get relief from migraines, but also benefit from enhanced aesthetic outcomes-since we customize the treatment by landmarking and mixing the solution to align with both therapeutic and cosmetic muscle needs while still using the evidence based protocols. Studies are showing a 70 percent reduction in headaches within 2 weeks using the preempt protocol.

How it works
Chronic Migraines: Defined as experiencing 15 or more headache days per month, each lasting at least four hours, chronic migraines can significantly impact daily life. Botox injections have been FDA-approved since 2010 as a preventive treatment for chronic migraines, effectively reducing headache frequency and improving patients' quality of life. Seventy percent of patients have a seventy percent reduction in headaches over the next 2 weeks. We use the standard PRE EMPT protocol and then adjust it with trigger points.
Bruxism (Jaw Clenching): Involuntary teeth grinding or jaw clenching can lead to jaw pain, headaches, and dental issues. Botox injections into the masseter muscles can relax these muscles, reducing the severity of bruxism symptoms and preventing associated complications. This constant clenching can also cause hypertrophy of the masseter muscles and widening on the jaw. We suggest all patients with bruxism also stop chewing gum and take Magnesium supplementation.
Hyperhidrosis (Excessive Sweating): Botox is FDA-approved to treat severe underarm sweating when topical treatments are ineffective. By blocking the nerve signals that stimulate sweat glands, Botox injections can significantly reduce excessive sweating in targeted areas.
