Shipping Within Canada

We currently ship within Canada only. All orders are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $200 (before tax).
Flat Rate Shipping: A $20 flat rate applies to all orders under $200.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, Purolator or another trusted carrier. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow additional time during peak seasons or promotions.

Delivery Time

Shipping times vary based on location but generally take 2–7 business days after processing. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods are outside our control.

Final Sale Products

Please note that all medical-grade skincare products are final sale and non-refundable due to health and safety regulations. We do not offer exchanges or returns on these items.

Lost or Damaged Products

Skin Dynamics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If your order arrives damaged or you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
