Post-Treatment

Massage Protocol: We recommend gently massaging the treated areas several times daily (e.g. 5 minutes, 5 times a day for 5 days) to ensure even distribution and reduce risk of lumps.
Expect mild swelling, redness, tenderness, or bruising, usually resolving within a few days.
Avoid intense heat, exercise, or sun exposure for 24 hours.
Use broad-spectrum SPF and hydrating skincare as advised.
